KNOXVILLE, TENN. (September 11, 2023) – The Tennessee Valley Fair has announced the winners of the pageant contests including the 64th Tennessee Valley Fairest of the Fair and 16th Junior Fairest of the Fair.

The 64th Tennessee Valley Fairest of the Fair is Gracie Hancock of Knoxville, Tennessee. She will serve 2023-2024 as the official ambassador of the Tennessee Valley Fair and receives a scholarship for her accomplishment. Brooke Bilbrey of Knoxville, Tennessee was crowned the 16th Junior Fairest of the Fair. She will also serve as an official ambassador of the Tennessee Valley Fair for the next year.
